Data we process

For table reservations we process your name, phone number, e-mail (optional in the quick form), date, time, party size and your note.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to handle and confirm your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not use it for marketing and share it only with our e-mail and hosting providers.

Retention

Reservation data is kept in the restaurant's mailbox for up to 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. Write to info@lafamigliabrno.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. The map is loaded from an external service (OpenStreetMap) which may log your IP address.
